Rufo Chacon, 16, was injured when the authorities shot into a crowd of protesters in Andean city, Venezuela, on July 2.

During the protest in Colombia (2019-2020), Police was illegally using home-made projectiles full of marbles nails and stuf instead of official the rubber pellets and shooting the protesters directly to the head (legally they can't shot directly nor in close range) which left several deceases and mutilations, including a lot of people losing their eyes...
