Now that the site is really taking off with growth, we're looking at ways to make the large number of posts easier to navigate. Many of you are likely familiar with post flairing on reddit:

We're considering adding a similar system here on watchpeopledie.co. In addition to filtering by category, you could also block particular categories from showing up in your feed, and you could subscribe to notifications for new posts in particular categories. Further, we are able to repurpose some existing code for this, so it'd be available fairly soon.

We're looking for your feedback. Is this something you'd want? Also, poll in the pinned comment on how many categories we should have to start, if we go forward with this. Please discuss and offer suggestions in comments!

This place is one of the best "morbid curiosity" websites you can find, it's full of educational yet morbid videos and you can really spend so much time scrolling through these videos without knowing it, You gotta have to thank the developers and mods of this site for their hardwork.

When this site was still very young (It still is tbh) it has less users in it but they're pretty active and posting new stuff every hour, Commenters were very polite and respectful and they also do not make fun or make jokes about the people that are dying in these videos.

But as the time moves forward, Nothing can stay the same forever, Recently there has been many users in this site being edgy and making fun of people getting hurt and Not taking this stuff seriously and if we continue to do this, This site is gonna get in trouble like those other shock websites in the past.

But of course that doesn't mean it's bad for this site to have many users, I'm just saying that this site might become one of those websites that is full of edgy users that think it's fine to make fun of people dying and getting hurted.

The moderators are probably trying their best to take care of these trolls but there's just so many of them.

A question and immediately a suggestion to local visitors.

A herd of local degenerates posts a lot of videos - videos - "look, corpse!". Fuck it.

Just look at the corpses - fuck off to the morgue.

Post STRICTLY here - "HOW people are dying" - not "look, corpse!" - but watch the action scene as "a man was killed". Not corpses - but scenes of people dying. I am making a proposal to the local administration - to limit the video only to action scenes - not to maturation on deceased people.

After seeing the possibilities of the MMC archives thanks to those who have gone far and beyond, it's amazing seeing this place coming to life and giving some of us who havent been able to contribute something to do!

We're all just curious cats and as I can barely find anyone to discuss this crazy shit in person and I don't want to traumatize my girl by showing her the depravity of humans, this community has always made me feel like I'm not alone

Here's to the struggle to find our way here and fuck censorship in the face!
