I don't think he had any felonies but he had 44 misdemeanors after looking into it he got charged with a felony but was able to plead down to a misdemeanor the guy was a menace fucking up old people and kidnapping children he definitely shouldn't have been on the street I don't think he should have been In Jail tho seems like he either needed to be in a psyche ward or full on mental institution

I should have just said charges because most of the time they would be knocked down to misdemeanors because he was black. In normal states most violet crimes are felonies.

I mean there’s a difference between being fully unable to breathe and slowly being asphyxiated. There is more than one documented instance of people repeatedly and loudly saying they can’t breathe, then dying of asphyxiation despite being able to speak in the moment.
Some examples I can think of is the little girl killed during “rebirthing therapy”(can’t remember her name but it’ll probably show up if you Google that term). And that guy whose girlfriend zipped him up in a suitcase to die and filmed him loudly protesting he couldn’t breathe. Eric Garner was a man who died being restrained by cops in a chokehold despite being able to say he couldn’t breathe. It does happen

You can still breathe and asphyxiate. If you can't take a full breath, your body isn't getting enough oxygen. Under stress, the heart requires more oxygen than normal. If you don't get enough oxygen, you will lose consciousness and die.
