repentforthysins is a well known person within the sh community for extreme selfharm. they are still alive and do continue to post gore and other sh videos on instagram when they arent being suspended.

she often plans to overdose on various drugs and cuts to the point if needing medical care, then drives herself to the hospital.

in this instance, she was going to take this piece of flesh off, but stopped because she “hit a nerve” and it was too painful to continue. by the time medical professionals were able to see her, the flesh was already decaying, so they decided to staple it and wait for it to just fall off on its own.

this girl stated that she meant to do styros but ended up doing a beans cut. this means, she wanted to only go as deep as the dermis, not to any of the subcutaneous tissue like fat. i have included a diagram showing what the sh world calls different types of cuts depending on how deep they are.

as you can see in the video, had she gone any deeper or to the side a little more she would have cut a blood vessel.
