Text written in the video:

“The window is open, the blows are for what, the guy was stopped??? Frankly, this story breaks my heart, where is the refusal to comply?

He breaks his car and points a gun at him while he's talking quietly at the stop, so it's normal for him to move on.

But “BFMenteur”(BFM is a right-wing TV channel that only talks crap, which is why it's called “BFMenteur”, a famous nickname in France and pun with “BFM” and “menteur” meaning liar.)will never show this video.

Aftermath:

June 27, 2023, Nanterre, Paris- A French police officer is being investigated for homicide over the fatal shooting a 17-year-old boy, "Nahel Merzouk" who have Algerian roots, in the Paris suburb of Nanterre after he failed to comply with an order to stop his car, the local prosecutor's office said.

The officer fired at the boy, who subsequently died from his wounds, the Nanterre prosecutor's office said. A video shared on social media shows two police officers beside the car, a Mercedes AMG, one of whom shoots as the driver pulls away.

Sporadic clashes broke out between youths and police on Tuesday evening as anger over the death of the teenager grew in the local community. Some groups set alight barricades and garbage bins, smashed up a bus stop and threw firecrackers toward police, who responded with tear gas and dispersion grenades. Nine people were arrested.

After a record 13 deaths from police shootings in France during traffic stops last year, this was the second fatal incident in such circumstances in 2023.

One passenger was taken into police custody but later released. Police were unable to contact another passenger, the prospector's office said. The driver was “known to the judicial services for having refused to comply with a traffic stop” on a previous occasion, it said.

A livestream shared by Saing Chhoeun on Facebook shows two heavily armed cops taking cover behind a vehicle as they engage in a gun battle on Monday.

The video begins with the terrified neighbor seemingly locked outside his house and asking someone to let him in.

The officers repeatedly ask the neighbor to go inside the home, but he informs them he can't because he does not have the keys.

The shooting happened as four officers were serving a warrant for felon Terry Clark Hughes, who was wanted for possessing a firearm and shot dead in the gun battle.

Press Release

Charlotte, N.C. – (Tuesday, April 30, 2024) – Today, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department provided an update on Monday's tragic attack on law enforcement officers in the North Tryon Division. CMPD Chief Johnny Jennings released the names and conditions of the four CMPD officers wounded in the incident. U.S. Marshals Service Director Ronald Davis released the identity of the fourth officer killed in the line of duty.

Deputy U.S. Marshal Thomas Weeks died in the hospital from his gunshot wound injuries. He was a 13-year veteran of the U.S. Marshals Office. CMPD Officer Christopher Tolley, hired in May of 2006, underwent surgery to treat his gunshot wound injuries and remains in the hospital in stable condition. CMPD Officer Michael Giglio, hired in February of 2021, was treated for gunshot wound injuries and released from the hospital Monday. CMPD Officer Jack Blowers, hired in February of 2023, was also treated for his gunshot wound injuries and was released from the hospital Monday. CMPD Officer Justin Campbell, hired in June of 2020, sustained injuries resulting in a broken foot. Officer Campbell was treated and released from the hospital Tuesday morning.

CMPD was joined at a press conference this morning by the U.S. Marshals Office, the U.S. Attorney's Office of the Western District, Governor Roy Cooper, Attorney General Josh Stein, Mayor Vi Lyles and the City of Charlotte.

CMPD's Crime Scene Investigation Unit and detectives worked through the night processing the crime scene in the 5000 block of Galway Drive in the North Tryon Division. During the investigation, a semi-automatic AR-15 rifle, 40-caliber handgun and additional magazines and ammo for both weapons were recovered on scene.

Two females inside the residence were brought in on Monday, April 29, to be interviewed by detectives. They are fully cooperating with the investigation. Detectives are not looking for any additional suspects or persons of interest.

Preliminary information indicates that 12 CMPD officers fired their service weapon. All 12 of those officers are on paid, administrative leave. As is standard procedure with any officer involved shooting, the CMPD's Internal Affairs Bureau will conduct a separate but parallel investigation.

The officers involved in yesterday's shooting incident are a part of the Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force (CRFTF), which began operations in January of 2018. The investigation into this incident is being conducted by the CMPD's Homicide Unit. This is an active and ongoing investigation.

As additional information develops, it will be released by the CMPD's Public Affairs Office. For additional information in reference to this case, please refer to the report: 20240429-1333-00.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Investigators on Wednesday continued working to piece together the timeline of a deadly shooting in east Charlotte that killed four officers and left four others with gunshot wounds, rocking the law enforcement community nationwide and spurring an outpouring of support for the officers and their families.

Civic and religious leaders are asking the community for patience, love and grace as they grapple with the fallout of the deaths: Four families who have lost a husband and a father.

Officials have declined to discuss the specifics of the incident, including whether it was appropriate for law enforcement to engage in a lengthy gun battle in the middle of a neighborhood in the middle of the day.

"We do, like a number of cities across this country, have issues around violence. But I think most of the time we can identify why and how," Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles said Tuesday night following a community prayer vigil. "In this situation, I think once they finish the investigation, we will probably know more about the how and the why. And my goal is that we complete the investigation, we actually learn from what is going on and that we move forward together."

Interrogation Video:!marseyrule4::

Source: https://laopinion.com/2020/05/22/video-halcon-del-cjng-es-ejecutado-a-balazos-por-la-familia-michoacana/

Thugs from the La Familia Michoacana Cartel ( LFM ) showed the interrogation and execution of an alleged drug trafficker from the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel ( CJNG ) on the Carboneras highway in Toluca, the capital of the State of Mexico.

It was through two videos that circulate on social networks, where a subject who does not appear in the recording asks a series of questions to the man who identifies himself as Efraín Carranza López , alias Chiripas and who confesses to being a “halcon” (surveillance to warn presence of authorities or other groups) to the cartel commanded by Nemesio Oseguera Cervantes, alias El Mencho, Señor de los Gallos or El Gallero.

In the first of the clips, the subject answers the subject's questions, such as what is his name, where is he from, what do they call him, who does he operate for, among others.

Chiripas assures that he belongs to the Jalisco Nueva Generación Cartel and that his bosses are two individuals whom he identifies as Ramiro and el Pollo. Then the interrogated person talks about how many armed people accompany his bosses, to which the interrogator asks him if with only those people he plans to wage war on La Familia Michoacana.

Then he asks how much they pay him, to which Chiripas responds that sometimes they give him $3,500 pesos and other times $2,000 pesos, although he does not clarify whether that sum is per month, week, or fortnight. But he reveals that the amount varies because sometimes his bosses tell him that they do not have the money to pay him.

Later, Chiripas reveals that his “bosses” operate in Carbonera and Toluca, that they sell glass, that they have a house from which they monitor and that they sell drugs in two businesses.
