It was already posted by @Jaish around 3 weeks ago, but I added a whole backstory. This is a rare case when video is recorded as it should be, and perpetrators clearly enjoy their job. Cameraman does, too. tl;dr: in the beginning of October 2001, three people were kidnapped by five Chechen militants from their home in the outskirts of Grozny. All but the cameraman were really young, the only convicted for now being 18 yo back then. One another may be still alive, the rest were killed by the Russian special forces. Tatiana Usmanova, 39 yo, was interrogated - or rather tortured, like them all - in front of her friend (she was later shot) and husband, the only surviving witness. The victims were accused of cooperating with local police and feds. Tape with the footage surfaced in the middle of 2004, when one guy was already in prison, and nearly all of his accomplices - dead. The first one was convicted in 2007, for now - he's still serving his time in penal colony. Rest of info under the video. 2:18 to 3:50 - one of the militants is making a shallow scrape (for the blood to flow there); broader view of the scene, interchangeably with zooming on Tatiana's face.

Around 4:58, she starts pleading while being asked to show hands, got them taped around. Her husband gets mouth taped.

Then she's brought down, dude tries the knife against her throat (seems to figure out how to cut it later). Around 6:30 tape on her mouth is cut off, another talking scene.

8:30 to 9:20 - taping her mouth around again, preparations for the beheading.

9:20 - beheading starts; two guys take turns on cutting and holding her down. 9:50 to 11:00 is black screen (covered camera only), then it's just aftermath visible and boasting with her cut off head until 12:50.

12:50 onwards: just talking, few beheading aftermath scenes in-between.

RIO BRANCO, BRAZIL – JANUARY 9, 2018 A 19-year-old girl, whose full name is Débora Freitas Bessa, disappeared on January 9, 2018. 2 days later, her family learned that the girl had been kidnapped during a robbery in the city of Rio Branco in the Brazilian state of Acre. A short time later, a video of her execution began circulating on social networks.

The footage shows Debora on her knees begging for her life, saying she did nothing wrong. But one of the men, the one holding the machete, tells the girl to look at the camera and tells her that she was guilty of killing his brothers. Further footage shows them cutting off her head and stabbing her in the stomach.

The police launched an intensive investigation because the case received quite a bit of media attention. They managed to catch one of the men in the video – the one with the machete. And then one woman, Luciele Souza do Nascimento, who was also supposed to participate in the execution. Both were sentenced by the court to 60 years in prison. After the appeal, however, he managed to reduce the sentence “only” to 36 and a half years. According to some sources, the two were supposed to be members of the well-known Brazilian cartel Comando Vermelho (CV).

5:30 to 6:00, and 11:10 to 11:20 - quite good view on the face

6:10 - weird POV (grabbing guy's hair), cameraman apparently has fun

7:20 - another beheading begins, dude more chill, though

8:10 to 8:20 - twisting the head around to disattach it

8:40 - cameraman goes to another guy, already not responsive, though

11:30 onwards - guy's beheaded, just some gurgles or other sounds hearable for a short while; around 12:30 his head is finally disattached

13:10 onwards (13:20 action begins) - another guy beheaded, from 13:50 to 14:00 some gurgling, possibly from the background, soon after head disattached

14:40 - scaring one guy that's still alive with the severed head out next to his one

Filmed in Syria, I sadly couldn't find any info on it, but it's safe to bet that it was filmed between late 2013 to 2015. The young men, who seem to have been kidnapped from a freshly occupied area, are each humiliated and called "apostates", before getting beheaded by the radical islamist mercenaries, who could be ISIS or another militia. An Arabic speaker could distinguish many dialects from the video, the loudest of which is of an Egyptian, who is heard chanting generic muslim phrases, telling the other mercenaries to lower their faces so as to not be filmed, and at some point threatening the Egyptian president el-Sisi — who led a coup d'état that overthrew the islamist elected president Mohamed Morsi — that "his men will be next".

The man behind the camera tells the second victim "brother, you will be beheaded" in obnoxious standard Arabic, and mockingly asks the fourth whether he wants to die by beheading or by fire.

Details of the attack were not clear as of the time of this report, but Daily Trust gathered that they were targeted because they were military personnel.

In a recent announcement, the Nigerian Army accused militants of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) of gunning down the two soldiers in Imo State.

On Saturday, A.M Linus, an army Master Warrant Officer, and his Private officer wife, Pte Gloria Matthew, were killed and decapitated.

Onyema Nwachukwu who happens to be the army’s spokesperson said the “dastardly act, one too many, clearly portends the deep-seated hate, desperation and lawlessness with which foot soldiers of IPOB/ESN have been unleashing terror on Ndigbo, whom they claim they are on a mission to protect and emancipate, as well as other innocent Nigerians who are resident or transiting the South East.”

He added, “The Nigerian Army (NA), on Saturday 30 April 2022 received information on the gruesome, barbaric and most despicable manner in which members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its armed affiliate, Eastern Security Network(ESN) murdered in cold blood, two soldiers Master Warrant Officer (MWO) Audu M Linus (retired) and Private(Pte)Gloria Matthew, who were on transit to Imo state for their traditional wedding.

“Apparently, the soldiers had embarked on the trip to fulfil the traditional rites of conjugating their matrimony, as the very well respected and cherished Igbo tradition demands.

“Ironically, the fact that one of the soldiers, Pte Gloria Matthew who hails from Nkwerre LGA of Imo state, has an ethnic affiliation with the good people of South-East Nigeria did not prevail on the sensibility of the dissidents.

“This gruesome murder, in which they did not spare even their own child, clearly depicts callousness, impenitence and is indisputable, a brazen act of terrorism perpetrated by IPOB/ESN.

“Though the dissident groups have continued to live in denial, while masquerading as unknown gunmen in their criminal violent campaign in the region, the NA will ensure the perpetrators of this dastardly act unleashed on its personnel do not go unpunished. While we deeply condole with the families, relations and close associates of the victims, the NA has commenced investigation to unmask and bring the criminals to book.

“Members of the public are please enjoined to oblige security agencies actionable information that will lead to the arrest of these criminals.”
