Old man riding a motorbike crashed and is being rushed to hospital in fatal condition

This took place in ViΓ±a del mar, Chile, in December 17th 2021, during an illegal street race.
Kristofer Fallaque was a 39-year-old Peruvian man that moved to Chile looking for better oppotunities for himself and his family; he was married and had a daughter.
In the very early hours of the morning Kristofer tried to cross the Camino Internacional Street, completely unaware that there was an illegal street race taking place in that very Street; when he attempted to cross the street he was run over by one of the speeding vehicles in the race, a blue BMW, killing him instantly; after running Kristofer over the person driving the BMW tried to flee, but because of state of the vehicle after the impact, they were only able to drive 1km before being stopped by the people that witnessed the incident until the police arrived.
AFTERMATH

The BMW driver was swiftly taken into police custody, and they were later put on house arrest while they awaited trial; i did not find any information on who this person was or what their sentence was but we can assume that they were convicted for involuntary manslaughter, and that carries a sentence of 12 months to 8 years in prison with possibility of perole; it can also include a fine along with the prison sentence (i'm not a lawyer, and i truly hope i did not commit any mistakes while writing this specific part).
PERSONAL NOTE
In every video post i do (excluding Effortposts) i also like to do a little bit of research to give the video some context and if possible a backstory, although in this case i feel like it got a little bit too extensive. This post is not meant to be an Effortpost, because i personally consider it did not take that much effort for me to make (i hope this doesn't sound like i'm bragging or something), but if the admins consider this does count as an effort post then so be it. While i was doing my small research i did not spect the backstory to be this tragic, and this case also really SHOWED me how dangerous an illegal street race can be. VIDEO: Pedestrian dies after being hit by a rearing motorcycle in the South of Minas; driver fled the scene
A pedestrian died after being run over by a motorcyclist who was riding his motorcycle on a busy avenue in the SΓ£o Geraldo neighborhood, in Pouso Alegre , on Thursday afternoon (25).
According to information from the Military Police, the accident happened on Avenida Vereador AntΓ΄nio da Costa Rios.
Images from security cameras show the moment in which the man, who was limping, crosses the avenue and is hit squarely by the motorcycle, which had its front wheel turned up.
After the accident, the motorcyclist fled the scene. JoΓ£o Maria Want, 58 years old, was rescued by Samu, but died before reaching the hospital.

A multiple collision between three vehicles and a pedestrian left one person dead and two injured on the SΓ‘nchez Highway, San Miguel sector, Hatillo SC. The tragic incident occurred in an East-West direction, at approximately 11:27 in the morning on Thursday April 18, 2024.
The first vehicle involved was being driven by Samuel Beltre Romero, 22 years old, and he held the position of Claro contractor. Beltre Romero was injured in the accident and was treated and transferred by the 9-1-1 Health Unit to the Juan Pablo Pina SC Hospital. The collision occurred when Beltre Romero ran over Gina MarΓa Arias Mateo, 47, who was walking along the edge of the road. Tragically, Arias Mateo died at the scene of the accident.
The body of Gina MarΓa Arias Mateo was lifted by her relatives and they proceeded to remove it from the place by their own means.

Apizaco, Mexico
On Tuesday night, a vehicle accident was recorded at the intersection of Francisco I Madero Boulevard and CuauhtΓ©moc Avenue in the city of Apizaco, Tlaxcala.
The C5i video surveillance cameras of the State Government recorded the accident that caused the death of a man and left a woman injured.
A motorcyclist who was speeding on CuauhtΓ©moc Avenue ran the stop light and was hit by a sedan vehicle that had the right of way when traveling on Francisco I Madero Boulevard.
After the vehicular impact, three more people who were walking on the pedestrian crossing were about to be run over; Furthermore, it is observed that a person who was inside the vehicle opens the door and leaves the unit while the person who was tending a corn stand approaches the person who was driving the motorcycle.

Posting aftermath later.
A bus and two passenger cars have collided near Novocherkassk, the propaganda department of the Russian State Road Safety Department in the Rostov Region has reported.
The accident occurred on the morning of April 22 on the highway Novocherkassk - Bagayevskaya. It is reported that the passenger car VAZ-2112 broke down and stopped on the roadway. The driver behind the wheel of Daewoo Nexia volunteered to help. At that time, a passenger bus was traveling behind the passenger bus Novocherkassk - Donskoy settlement, which, according to preliminary data, drove into the passenger car.
As a result of the accident a passenger of Daewoo Nexia car born in 2004 died. Three more people were injured and hospitalized.

The Maruti Swift that Tiwari was driving whizzed past a woman waiting to cross the road and crashed into a divider, showed CCTV footage.
Dhanbad:
Bollywood actor Pankaj Tripathi's brother-in-law died in an accident in Dhanbad on Saturday. Rajesh Tiwari and his wife Sabita Tiwari, the sister of Mr Tripathi, were driving from Bihar's Gopalganj to Kolkata when the accident occurred on the Delhi-Kolkata NH-19 a little after 3 pm.
Tiwari died on the spot while his wife remains critical.
The highway crash was captured on CCTV. The Maruti Swift that Tiwari was driving whizzed past a woman waiting to cross the road and crashed into a divider as he lost control of the car, showed the footage from the site of the accident.
Ms Tiwari was taken to Shahid Nirmal Mahato Medical College in Dhanbad after the accident, and is currently under observation at the hospital. She has suffered a serious head injury, a CT scan has confirmed, according to the doctors.
The relatives of the Tiwaris had said that Mr Tripathi, the Mirzapur star, has been informed.
