Pierce County, WA
Recently released body-worn camera footage and investigative documents reveal what led up to a Pierce County sheriffโs deputy firing 12 shots at a carโs backseat passenger, killing him, during a January traffic stop near Puyallup.
According to police records, a DUI investigation took a turn when deputy Thomas Dolan, a 26-year-old who had been on the force almost three years, spotted a box of ammunition on the floor of the car, drew his gun and shined a flashlight on a pistol in the lap of 22-year-old Moses Portillo.
The video shows Dolan shouting for Portillo to put his hands on the ceiling. It then shows the deputy opening fire in reaction to upper body movement from Portillo. Dolan later said Portillo, who was sitting across the backseat with his back to the deputy due to a full-leg cast, reached for his gun.
The video footage and investigative documents raise questions about Portilloโs level of compliance and the positioning of his body, as well as the tactics used by Dolan during the traffic stop. A law firm representing Portilloโs mother told The News Tribune it is investigating the case in consultation with experts to determine what happened and whether any legal action is warranted.

Indiana State Police are investigating a deadly-officer involved shooting at a southern Indiana Walmart.
Members of the Clarksville Police Department opened fire on a man after detectives say he charged at an officer while holding a machete-style knife.
The incident happened at a Walmart on Veteranโs Parkway in Clarksville on Monday night.
Decatur County man put spray foam insulation in tailpipe of judgeโs truck, says ISP
The store had actually closed at 11 p.m., but ISP says a man, identified as 30-year-old Daniel Francis Scott, was still there at 11:15 p.m. and ignored requests to leave.
Employees then enlisted Clarksville officers who were already outside of the store due to an unrelated investigation.
Police say Scott, who appeared to have โsevere lacerationsโ to the side of his neck, charged at officers with a machete when approached.
At least one officer fired his department-issued handgun, striking Scott.
Officers gave him medical aid until medics arrived and took him to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

The harrowing moment Manhattan bodega worker Jose Alba was apparently stabbed himself while fending off and fatally slashing a violent ex-con who attacked him. In the chilling footage, Alba, 61, battles back and slashes career criminal Austin Simon inside the Manhattan bodega July 1 โ as the former convictโs girlfriend appears to pull a knife from her purse and stab the worker. Simon was later pronounced dead, while Alba was charged with his murder. The footage provides a new view of the bloody exchange. Simonโs unidentified girlfriend has not been charged in the case. The new footage shows Simon, 35, from a different angle going behind the counter and confronting Alba, who then scuffles with the younger man and pulls a knife from a candy shelf. Alba is seen repeatedly stabbing Simon and, after a few moments, the woman who has been identified as Simonโs girlfriend appears to take a knife from her purse and stab the worker. Police sources said Alba was stabbed during the assault but that the girlfriend denied to cops that she knifed him. The bodega clerkโs lawyer said during his arraignment last week that Simonโs girlfriend stabbed the worker three times in the shoulder and hand. The new footage shows Simon then laying to the back of the register in a pool of blood. Alba is seen in the background still holding the bloody knife. The girlfriend is seen crying and seems to be attempting to revive Simon at one point. Police arrive and take Alba, who suffered apparent stab wounds to the shoulder, into custody. The video comes after earlier surveillance clips showed Alba getting thrown into a wall by Simon, and another of Alba pleading with the younger man after he storms in. โPapa, I donโt want a problem,โ Alba says in one of the earlier clips. The hard-working immigrant was charged with second-degree murder and ordered held on $250,000 bail until prosecutors negotiated a $5,000 bond last week

In this video we can see the shithole that is Congo, with the police breaking the legs of alleged criminals under a bridge on bright daylight in the capital Brazzaville.
They are breaking the bones with sledgehammers & rocks. Animals acting like animals.
Notice in the comment section how some people say they are doing a great job & are very courageous
I dont think there was any investigation nor any condamnation. This is street justice by state representatives.
