I have only tried 2 hot sauces since I have only recently discovered that I like spicey food (hated it as a child) Classic Tobasco, and Cholula. Both are pretty good, Tobasco is maybe a little too tangy, Cholula is pretty delicious and well balanced.
Also what do you recommend putting the sauces on?

Tire is a killer?
China. On January 4, at the entrance to a restaurant in Tongling, a man was hit by a flying tire, the outer wall of the restaurant and the external unit of the air conditioner were also smashed.
The cause of the accident was that the wheels of a truck passing in front of the restaurant shattered, causing the tires to fly out and hit a man at the door of a Chinese restaurant. The injured man is being treated in hospital, his life is not in danger.
