A 22-year-old young man died on the morning of this Saturday, June 29, after suffering a traffic accident on the Troncal del Caribe, near the town of Tasajera, municipality of Puebloviejo, Magdalena.

The victim was identified as Víctor Gómez Montenegro, who could not be helped and taken to a health center because his death was recorded immediately at the scene of the accident.

According to the first accounts, the young man was traveling on a red motorcycle when he was hit by a heavy-duty vehicle on the Barra bridge.

The collision caused Víctor Gómez Montenegro and his motorcycle to end up under the tractor-trailer, with SAV-244 plates.

27-year-old British racing driver Tom Pryce was killed at the South African Grand Prix in front of the grandstand where his wife was sitting.

His car struck and killed a young track official who had rushed onto the track to help another driver whose car was bursting into flames.
