I just adopted two kitties! Meet Salem and Squidward

Everyone told me cats were the best anti depressant and honestly I should have listened sooner. These two are siblings from the same litter and extremely bonded. I initially only adopted squid but I felt so bad splitting them that I was adopting Salem less than an hour later

Coach Buzzcut talks about self-harm and why its bad.

[Alright, maggots, listen up. I'm here to talk to you about a serious problem: self-harm.

Now, I know what you're thinking. "Self-harm? What's that?" Well, it's when you hurt yourself on purpose. You might cut yourself, burn yourself, or even bang your head against the wall.

And why would anyone do something like that? Well, there are a lot of reasons. Maybe you're feeling sad, or angry, or lonely. Maybe you're trying to deal with some kind of trauma.

But whatever the reason, self-harm is not the answer. It's a harmful and destructive behavior, and it can lead to serious problems.

So if you're thinking about self-harming, please don't. Talk to someone you trust. Talk to a counselor, or a teacher, or a friend. There are people who care about you, and they want to help.

And if you're already self-harming, please get help. There are resources available to you. You don't have to go through this alone.

Now, I know what some of you are thinking. "But Coach Buzzcut, you're always yelling at us. You're always making us do things we don't want to do. Why should we listen to you?"

Well, because I care about you, maggots. I don't want to see you hurt yourselves. I want you to be happy and healthy.

So please, if you're struggling, reach out for help. Don't be afraid to ask for help. You're not alone.

And if you see someone else who's self-harming, please don't just stand by. Do something to help. Talk to them, or get a counselor or teacher involved.

Self-harm is a serious problem, but it's not something you have to go through alone. There are people who care about you, and there are resources available to help you.

So please, get help. You don't have to suffer in silence.

And that's all I have to say about that, maggots. Now get back to work!
