Images show the moment when a 17-year-old teenager ran over a group of people with his mother's car, in the early hours of Sunday (14), on Rua Boiacá, in Bento Ribeiro, in the North Zone of Rio. The run-over occurred while some people were in the middle of the track, after a fight.
The minor would have gone home, picked up his mother's car, and returned to the scene to run over those involved in the argument.
Witnesses said that a disturbance occurred during a party between the minor and a group of people. Security guards took everyone out. The teenager was attacked, but managed to free himself. He took his mother's car and ran over the group.
The Civil Police confirmed the collision and reported that the case was registered at the 30th DP (Marechal Hermes). The suspect of having driven the car was interviewed in the unit along with his legal guardian. Agents are looking for images from security cameras in the region and will listen to victims and witnesses.
