A fatal accident occurred in Zelenodolsk: the driver and passenger of the Niva were killed on the spot, and the passenger of the Maybach was injured. The collision occurred on the 112th km of the Yoshkar-Ola— Zelenodolsk highway.
According to KazanFirst, the driver of the Niva intended to make a left turn. At that moment, the Maybach driver started overtaking in an area where it is prohibited by signs, and collided with the Niva. CEBU CITY, Philippines — Two motorists died in a road mishap along the viaduct of the Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR), Cebu City on Wednesday, April 10.Authorities from the Cebu City Traffic Enforcement Unit confirmed that an accident occurred involving a motorcycle and a sport utility vehicle (SUV) occurred along the highway past 11 a.m. on Wednesday.
The driver and the passenger of the motorcycle, however, were declared dead on the spot.
Officials continue to verify the identities of the victims. But based on initial reports, the driver was working for a ride-hailing app and was on duty at the time of the tragedy.
According to the Traffic Enforcement Unit (TEU), the motorcycle was heading south while the SUV was traversing the northbound lane of the viaduct. However, the motorcycle suddenly hit the center island of the highway.
Due to the impact, both the driver and passenger were thrown from the motorcycle, with the driver hitting the incoming SUV from the opposite lane headfirst, investigators said.

Three people were driving in Subaru Forester down Prospekt Tsiolkovskogo. The car reached very high speed.
Suddenly driver lost control and crashed into a lamp post. He got flung out of the car.
Two people died on spot. One person was taken to the hospital (the passenger who was flung out).
Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kamchatka Territory, Sergey Lebedev, commented the incident.
When a serious accident occurs, Subaru is often involved. Is this a coincidence? I don't think so.

A 20-year-old girl died and three people were injured in the early hours of Saturday (6), after the car they were in skidded off the road and hit a pole in the city of Barreiras, in western Bahia. A security camera captured the accident.
According to information from the city's Military Police, the driver of the car was passing along Avenida Antônio Carlos Magalhães, when he lost control of the steering wheel after skidding on the road. The ground was wet because of the rain that hit the city.
When the police arrived on the avenue, the victims were being treated by the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu), but the young woman who died, identified only as Maria Eduarda, did not survive her injuries even where the accident occurred. She was in the back seat of the car.
Because of the crash, the car also caught fire, which was contained by witnesses to the accident.
According to Samu, two of the injured were taken to the city's Emergency Care Unit (UPA) and one to Hospital do Oeste. There are no details of the victims' health status.

A high-powered motorcycle rider died after being involved in an accident involving four vehicles on Jalan Palong-Pasir Besar on Saturday.
Tampin District Police Chief Superintendent Anuwal Ab Wahab said the accident at 11.30am involved a lorry loaded with chicken, two high-powered Kawasaki motorcycles and a Proton X70.
According to him, the results of the investigation found that two motorcycles ridden by two men entered the lorry's path from the opposite direction before one of them hit the lorry in question.
"Another motorcycle that was behind managed to avoid but hit a Proton X70 that was behind the lorry."
"As a result of the accident, the motorcyclist in his 50s was injured and died at the scene while the rider of another motorcyclist was seriously injured," he said in a statement on Saturday.

A woman died after being involved in an accident involving seven vehicles near Lintas Square on Jalan Lintas here on Tuesday evening.
In the incident at about 6pm, the 26-year-old victim was confirmed dead at the scene after being trapped in his vehicle which was stuck under a lorry.
Head of the Kota Kinabalu Fire and Rescue Station (BBP), Ordine Gilu, said he received a call about the incident at 6.08pm.
He said, a total of 14 members were chased to the scene of the incident which is six kilometers away from BBP Kota Kinabalu.
"According to information, the accident involved seven vehicles, namely Perodua Bezza, Perodua Myvi, Toyota Vios, Proton Saga, Proton Iriz and two lorries.
"There was a female victim trapped in a Perodua Bezza vehicle and the fire brigade managed to remove the victim but she was confirmed dead at the scene," he said in a statement on Tuesday night.
