A day after four people, including two forest rangers, died and a woman warden went missing after their trial EV met with an accident in Uttarakhand's Rajaji Tiger Reserve, electric vehicle startup Pravaig Dynamics on Tuesday said it is working with the investigating agencies to make more details available.

A youth was brutally murdered with sharp weapons while three others were injured, one of them seriously, when a gang of goons, including one externed person, attacked them on Sunday night. The incident happened when the victims tried to resolve a wordy duel between the goons and the owner of a Maratha.
The deceased was identified as Mushir Alam alias Pintu while the injured were identified as Mashahar Alam alias Baba, who is in ICU at a private hospital here, Tanvir Alam and Jia Ahmed Javed Ahmed. Police said the incident took place around 9pm on Nov 1 when the accused had come to Suresh Rajgure's Milan Maratha hotel, where they drank a lot of liquor and then had their dinner. They got into an altercation with Rajgure when he refused to pack some food free for the gang leader Umesh Athawale, who then ordered his accomplices to fetch weapons from home. When his aides returned, a heated wordy duel ensued.
Hearing the noise, brothers Mushir and Mashahar Alam, who have a shop close to the hotel, rushed to intervene. Umesh Athawale attacked Mushir while Shubham and Nilesh assaulted Mashahar. Hearing their cries, Tanvir Alam and Jia Ahmed, who were in Alam's shop, rushed out to help the Alam brothers but they too were attacked.

Context:
The Kiss nightclub fire, one of the most devastating tragedies in Brazilian history, occurred in the early hours of January 27, 2013, in Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. This catastrophic event resulted in the loss of 242 lives and left at least 630 people injured. The incident unfolded at a freshers' ball organized by students from the Federal University of Santa Maria (UFSM), with most victims aged between 18 and 30 years.
What contributed to this happening:
The fire was ignited by a pyrotechnic device, similar to a signaling flare, used by the band Gurizada Fandangueira during their performance. The pyrotechnics accidentally set alight the flammable acoustic foam in the ceiling of the nightclub. Contributing to the high number of casualties was the lack of emergency exits; the club only had one main entrance and exit, leading to a deadly crowd crush as people attempted to escape. Colonel Guido Pedroso de Melo of the Rio Grande do Sul Fire Department reported that the club's front door was locked, trapping the victims inside.
The fire started and the band soon after a few minutes noticed the fire and all the people panicked. Many people were trampled to death as they tried to flee, But the vast majority confused the exit door with the bathroom, due to the only light there was in the middle of the darkness of the place and all that smoke. Piles of charred bodies were forming in the bathroom. The burning foam released cyanide, which rendered those young people unconscious and killed them. Whoever entered the bathroom thinking it was the way out, couldn't get out, and then died there... The Kiss nightclub had not been inspected since 2012 and the fire extinguishers were broken, empty and in some places there were no extinguishers.

Ángel Martín Lima was 22 years old. On Thursday, March 2, he had left his house in Villa Tesei with a friend to buy a soda at a kiosk in the neighborhood that is open 24 hours a day. He was traveling as a passenger of the motorcycle driven by a friend and died after being hit by a truck.
The incident, which was recorded in several videos, occurred at the intersection of Pasco and Hussars Streets, at the Hurlingham city. In the footage it is observed how the two guys on the motorcycle did not manage to brake before the truck passed and collided.
The worst part of the accident was taken by Lima, who ended up crushed by the two left rear wheels of the vehicle belonging to the Fargo company.
The driver of the motorcycle quickly went to notify his relatives, while the other neighbors left when they heard the impact and stayed to attend to Lima.
The family of the injured young man, who lives a few blocks from the place, arrived within minutes and he was taken to the hospital, where they confirmed his death.
"Even though the truck driver was not at fault for the accident, what you can see is that he did not stop and left my nephew abandoned. Not even a dog is left like that”" Laura, the victim's aunt, told the site Foreground.

A driver hit a 4-year-old boy who was crossing the street with his mother in the Buenos Aires town of Dock Sud, but did not stop to help him and the little boy died minutes later. The man and woman who were inside the vehicle filed a false report of theft to hide their responsibility, but were eventually arrested.
The episode was recorded on Thursday on Avellaneda Street of the aforementioned locality where the child, Ciro, let go of his mother's hand and crossed being rammed by the vehicle, a scene that was recorded on the security cameras that are in the place.
In the video it can be seen that moments after the tragic event, the woman took her son in her arms and the neighbors approached to help her, but the driver of the car had escaped.
The child was rushed to the Fiorito Hospital in the Buenos Aires town of Avellaneda, but died shortly after arriving due to the severity of the injuries caused by the accident.
On the other hand, after the description provided by the baby's mother and a follow-up that was carried out by the cameras in the area, the investigators managed to determine the vehicle's patent and found its owner.
The police officers showed up at the home of the alleged driver, who gave a surprising version, since he pointed out that his car had been stolen moments before the episode occurred and denied being the one driving the vehicle when the little one was hit.
Shortly after, the police found the abandoned car at the intersection of Ayolas and Mazzini Streets, in the town of Dock Sud, which was completely clean both inside and outside, so it was kidnapped to be able to inspect it.

A 27-year-old man got his head cut off in an accident in west Delhi's Kirti Nagar area when his car collided with another car, got flung in air, and landed on the other side of the road, police said on Thursday.The entire accident was captured on a CCTV camera.
The killed was identified as Vansh Jolly, a resident of the Mansarovar Garden area. Jolly, who worked as a marketing agent for cosmetic products, is survived by his mother.
Police said information was received at around 5.49 pm on Wednesday about the death of a person on the spot after two cars crashed into each other, one of them hitting the road divider at BCD Chowk in Kirti Nagar.
According to the CCTV footage, the impact of the accident was such that the car (Hyundai Elantra) driven by Jolly was flung over the divider grill and turned turtle after hitting another four-wheeler on the opposite side road.
In the 30-second video, passersby could be seen rushing towards the spot soon after the accident. Police said that Jolly's head got caught in the driver's side window and was crushed and dismembered from his body.
After the accident, another mobile video clip that went viral on social media showed Jolly's headless body lying in a pool of blood in the driving seat.
"Neither the black Hyundai Elantra was speeding, nor the one which was flung in air. But the car being driven by the young man lost balance and overturned," a person who witnessed the collision said requesting anonymity.
Police said that the other car (Toyota Etios) was being driven by one Rajesh Arora, who escaped unhurt with some damage to his vehicle. Arora runs an auto-part manufacturing unit.
Another officer said Etios was coming from another lane when it was hit by Elantra.
Police have registered an FIR under section 279 (rash driving) and 304A (causing death by negligence) at Kirti Nagar Police Station.
"We have got a few videos of the incident. The forensic teams and other experts have visited the spot. The matter is being investigated thoroughly to ascertain who was at fault," an investigator said.

"Here, this is for you," they shouted at the driver of an ambulance going to the Posadas hospital before throwing a body from a white Peugeot 308 onto the asphalt.
Ezequiel Ernesto Moya, 20, had been killed minutes earlier with a shot to the chest after a fight outside a Ramos Mejía bowling alley. Security cameras were the key to identifying the shooter.

Last night, shortly after 20:40, Evelin Monzón, a 26-year-old woman with an address in the Buenos Aires town of Merlo, lost her life after becoming the involuntary protagonist of an act of insecurity in which she had nothing to do: she died when her motorcycle crashed head-on into a delivery driver who was trying to escape - also in a similar vehicle - from criminals who wanted to rob him. The victim died on the spot, the delivery was hospitalized and the thieves fled.
A 19-year-old and a 15-year-old were arrested when they tried to steal bottles of fernet from a central bar in La Plata.
According to judicial sources consulted by Infobae, the absurd tragedy that cost the young woman her life occurred in an area known as the five corners of the Campanilla neighborhood. The collision occurred at the intersection of Lafayette, Arredondo and Almirante Brown Streets, while Evelin was returning home from some shopping.
According to a video from a municipal camera, the young woman was hit head-on by the delivery driver's motorcycle, which caused both of them to fall in the middle of the street.
