In the early hours of Wednesday, a gruesome suicide was broadcast live on TikTok. The man, 40 years old, who was broadcasting from Kaunas, made messages that he was going to kill himself, and then, after turning on the camera, he deliberately began stabbing himself.

Although one comment left by a viewer requested someone to call the police, the police claimed they were only notified after an Interpol office in Singapore notified them. The man was not identified, but he was not at his home, which was located around 40 miles from Kaunas. When police finally found where he was located, five hours after the livestream had started, he had already died.

This kinda makes me sad, that's why I don't post suicides

Ricardo Lopez, who was more known by the name Bjork Stalker, was a pest control worker living in Hollywood, Florida. Lopez had become obsessed with the Icelandic singer named Bjork, and had devised a plan to take her life using a letter bomb he created that was laced with sulfuric acid.

Lopez recorded himself as he prepared his bomb, often mumbling and making incoherent statements as he worked. After finishing the bomb, he mailed it off to Bjork, who was residing in London at the time, then returned home and filmed his suicide. His body, along with the video, and a handwritten note, were found by police several days later. After reviewing the video, the police in Florida contacted Scotland Yard, who were able to retrieve the package before it arrived to Bjork's residence.

Veteran believed to have PTSD shot himself in the head Friday in Ohio on Facebook live, after shooting his girlfriend and fatally shooting her 5-year-old son.

The girlfriend, 27, survived but was in critical condition.

Jonovie Mclendon Jr., 33, died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

In the video, McIendon says, "Sorry people, its been a long day .. It was nice knowing you, but it's time, people. I love you all."

Police in Miami Township said it received a call from a man who said he planned to kill his girlfriend, her son and himself, Police Chief Ron Hess said.

“We believe as soon as he called regional dispatch….that he shot himself,” Hess said, reported the Dayton Daily News.

Police said he made multiple calls to officials. In one call received by authorities, Mclendon told dispatchers he spent three-and-a-half years serving overseas and was "just tired."

He said "I'm just saying I'm sorry" after telling the officers he'd killed both his girlfriend and her son, officials said.

Facebook users who saw the video on Facebook Live also called 9-1-1.

McIendon lived in an apartment with his girlfriend and her son, police said.
