A 25-year-old ex-con was shot to death outside a Queens deli during an argument with his killer.

Joseph Valdez got into an quarrel with a man who pulled out a gun and opened fire outside the store on 21st St. near 41st Ave. in Astoria about 10 p.m. Monday, cops said. Valdez suffered three gunshot wounds to the arm and upper body.

Medics rushed Valdez to New York-Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell, but he could not be saved.

The gunman ran off and is being sought.

A 22 years old Chinese woman (likely a student) hung herself at Yulin Normal University in China, in one of the pictures it looks like the door locker got smashed likely by the cops to force open the door, unfortunately there's no more info about her.

The NYPD has released information on the suspect of a fatal stabbing that took place outside a supermarket in Morrisania.

According to police, a verbal dispute broke out between two men who didn't know each other, and quickly turned deadly in front of 206 E. 167th St.

In a surveillance video released by the NYPD, the two men can be seen fighting on the sidewalk throwing punches at each other. At one point, the victim realized he was stabbed.

The video goes on to show a person appearing to try and stop the bleeding and aid the victim, who police have identified as 33-year-old Jermaine Williams, a resident in Baychester.

Police found Williams unresponsive with a stab wound to the stomach at the same location at around 7 p.m. He was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

Law enforcement officials believe that the two men involved in the dispute did not know each other, and that the fight started over a minor issue.

Police describe the suspect between the ages of 18-25, standing 5' 8" to 5' 11" and weighing about 155 to 160 pounds. The suspect was wearing a white-collar shirt, a black vest and black pants.

Authorities are offering a $3,500 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction of the suspect in this homicide.

Video shows NY officer fatally shooting 13-year-old on ground. Police say he pointed a replica gun

NEW YORK (AP) — Video released late Saturday shows an officer in upstate New York fatally shooting a 13-year-old boy who had been tackled to the ground after he ran from police and pointed a replica handgun at them.

The teen was killed a little after 10 p.m. Friday in Utica after officers in the city about 240 miles (400 kilometers) northwest of Manhattan stopped two youths in connection with an armed robbery investigation, police said.

The youths, both 13, matched the descriptions of the robbery suspects and were in the same area at around the same time the day after, police said. One was also walking in the road, a violation of state traffic law.

The body camera video released by police captures an officer saying he needs to pat them down to ensure they don't have any weapons in their possession. Immediately one of the two, identified by police as as Nyah Mway, runs away.

Authorities froze frames of the video where a running Nyah Mway appears to point the gun at the pursuing officers. Police also edited the video to insert a red circle around the weapon to show it to viewers.

The officers believed it was a handgun, police said, but it was later determined to be a replica of a Glock 17 Gen 5 handgun with a detachable magazine.

"During a ground struggle" with the teen, one of the officers fired a single shot that struck the boy in the chest, Utica Police Chief Mark Williams said.

The teen was given "immediate" first aid by the officers and taken to Wynn Hospital, where he died, the chief said.

The replica gun carried by the teen "is in all aspects a realistic appearing firearm with GLOCK markings, signatures, detachable magazine, and serial numbers," Lt. Michael Curley, a police spokesperson, said via email. "However ultimately it fires only pellets or BB's."

A bystander video posted to Facebook shows one of the officers chasing after Nyah Mway and tackling him to the ground. It also shows the officer punching the teen as two other officers arrive. A gunshot rings out as the teen is on the ground and the officers quickly stand up.

The officer who fired his gun was identified as Patrick Husnay, a six-year veteran of the agency. Husnay and Officers Bryce Patterson and Andrew Citriniti were placed on administrative leave with pay.

The police body camera video shows a chaotic scene.

Nyah Mway points the replica handgun at the officers while he runs from them. The officers scream "gun!" to each other as they run. Patterson then tackles and punches Nyah Mway, and as the two are wrestling on the ground, Husnay opens fire.

Officers initially thought Nyah Mway may have shot himself, and Patterson says, "I don't know if he shot me." It is not clear whether he is referring to Nyah Mway or his fellow officer. Patterson was not struck.

Bystanders scream at the police throughout the recordings, and at one point an officer yells back: "We're trying to save him right now!"

On the afternoon of October 17, VTC News sources said that professional units of Bac Ninh Provincial Police are coordinating with Bac Ninh City Police to investigate and arrest the suspect who murdered the woman at the above fashion store. Tran Hung Dao street, Bac Ninh city.

Previously, at about 3:00 p.m. on October 17, on Tran Hung Dao Street, Bac Ninh City, a woman was stabbed many times with a knife and died on the spot. The victim was identified as NTP (born 1996, hometown Dai Tu, Thai Nguyen).

After committing the crime, the suspect left the scene.Receiving the news, Bac Ninh City Police coordinated with professional units of Bac Ninh Provincial Police to examine the scene, investigate the cause and organize the arrest of the suspect.

This is not the first time a similar incident has happened in Bac Ninh.On May 26, the People's Court of Bac Ninh province sentenced defendant Phan Thanh Hoang (born 2003, in Tuyen Quang) to death for murder. According to the allegations, in 2019, Hoang had a romantic relationship with Ms. Nguyen Thi B. (born 2003, in Tuyen Quang). In May 2022, Hoang and Ms. B. went to Que Vo industrial park, Bac Ninh to work as seasonal workers.During this time, Hoang knew that her lover knew Mr. Hoang Xuan D. (born 2001), and also knew that Ms. B. and Mr. D. often texted each other. This caused Hoang and his lover to have conflicts and quarrel about love.Around July 2022, Hoang worked as a welding worker in Nam Tu Liem district, Hanoi. Meanwhile, Ms. B. works as a hairdresser in Bac Ninh.In September 2022, even though he no longer had feelings for Ms. B., Hoang still texted his ex-lover, cursing Ms. B. for "stealing", and Ms. B. also responded with harsh words.At the end of September, Hoang asked his ex-girlfriend to borrow 1 million VND to pay for a phone in installments. In mid-October, Ms. B. asked for money, but the defendant begged and then declared he would not pay.After that, he went online and uploaded a clip of a woman exposing her sensitive area without turning her face, then posted it on his personal Facebook page with a message implying that the person in the clip was Ms. B.

Because Facebook was registered with Ms. B's phone number, she immediately logged into Hoang's Facebook and removed the clip. Because of this, both sides continued to text and curse each other. On October 23, 2022, Hoang had the intention of killing his ex-lover.
