A 41-year-old man was shot dead in a car in the Pajuçara neighborhood, in Maracanaú , Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza, on Monday night (4). The crime was recorded by a security camera. The video shows the victim entering the vehicle, which was parked, when a man appears on foot and starts shooting. It is possible to hear around ten shots. At one point, the suspect even used his cell phone and took a photo of the injured victim. After the crime, the suspect fled on a motorcycle. The victim, whose identity was not disclosed, has a criminal record for being part of a criminal organization, drug trafficking, trafficking association, illegal carrying or possession of a firearm, threat, contempt, disobedience and resistance. The Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense informed that the case investigation is carried out by the Homicide Unit, of the Maracanaú Metropolitan Police Station.

An accident on Kendall Public Road in East Berbice Tuesday morning claimed the life of Ajay Ramchand, a 43-year-old motorcyclist.

The accident involved Motor Lorry #GAC 9627, driven by Leroy Jacobs, a 48-year-old of New Amsterdam, Berbice, and motorcycle #CK 5854, owned and driven by Ramchand of Ramphal Street, Nigg Settlement, Corentyne Berbice.

A statement from Police Headquarters noted that the lorry was proceeding east along the public road at a rate of about 65 KMP/H when motorcycle # CK 5854, which was proceeding in the opposite direction, overtook a car and, in the process, collided with the front of the lorry.

As a result of the collision, the motorcycle burst into flames.

The motorcyclist received injuries and was picked up in an unconscious state by public-spirited citizens. He was taken to the New Amsterdam Public Hospital, where he was seen and examined by a doctor who pronounced him dead.

A man who was directing traffic was hit and killed by a car on a national highway in Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

A 63-year-old man who was driving the car was arrested.

According to the police, around 3:30 pm on the 28th, a large truck hit a man in his 60s who was directing traffic for weeding work on National Route 200 in Yunohara, Nogata City.

The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition, but was pronounced dead about an hour later.

Police arrested Fumio Yanagi (63), a company employee in Fukutsu City, who was driving a large freight vehicle, and are investigating him on suspicion of negligent driving resulting in death.

In response to the investigation, Suspect Yanagi admitted to the allegations, and at the time of reporting, he said, "The left lane was regulated, but I didn't notice it."

A 36-year-old man died, this Wednesday (13), after being shot at a shooting range, in Planaltina, in the Federal District. Investigations indicate that one of the bullets he fired hit a metal structure and ricocheted, hitting him. The case is investigated by the 31st Police Station.

The Civil Police confirmed that the man, identified as Diego dos Santos Ribeiro , was registered as a Collector, Shooter and Hunter (CAC) . However, the weapon he used at the time was not his, but a friend's.

The accused, Satish (35), who reached the Ajjampura police station around 6 pm carrying the severed head for over 20 km on his two-wheeler, told the police that he killed his wife, Roopa, around 4.30 pm as he caught her with her paramour red-handed in a coffee estate. The husband, Satish, had married Roopa, the deceased, nine years ago and has two children with her. Roopa had earlier cheated on Satish with another man from the same village. While Satish forgave her for the first time, seeing her with the same man once again, Satish lost his temper and killed Roopa and also attacked her paramour.
