A man driving a motorbike at high speed, careless, hit the butt of a Virbuntham truck parked on the sidewalk, causing his sudden death.

The incident happened at more than 6 am on November 27 at Prasot village, Kandieng Reay commune, Svay Teap district, Svay Rieng province

A security camera has emerged regarding the accident in which the truck driver was hit by a forklift while reversing at a cement factory in Isparta and lost his life.

The accident occurred on November 25 at the Göltaş Cement Factory in the Gönen district of Isparta. According to the information obtained, SY (30), who works as a forklift driver, hit the truck driver Erol Saygıvar (61) while reversing while driving the forklift.

Following the notice, health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the region. It was determined that the truck driver, who was stuck between the truck and the forklift, died at the scene upon check by medical teams

Narrative:

THE PILOT HAD RENTED THE AIRPLANE AND WAS TAKING A FRIEND ON A LOCAL PERSONAL FLIGHT. VIDEO TAPE RECOVERED FROM THE AIRPLANE SHOWED THE AIRPLANE FLYING OVER OPEN FIELDS AT ABOUT 10 FEET AGL. IN THE FINAL SEGMENT OF THE TAPE, A POWER LINE CAME INTO VIEW AND THE COMMENT 'UNDER OR OVER' WAS HEARD, FOLLOWED BY 'OVER.' THE TAPE THEN SHOWED A STEEP PULL UP, FOLLOWED BY STALL WARNING ACTIVATION, A LEFT ROTATION, AND A VERTICAL VIEW OF THE GROUND UNTIL IMPACT. GROUND WITNESSES CONFIRMED THE FINAL MANEUVER. THE VIDEO SHOWED ALL ENGINE INSTRUMENTS WITHIN PARAMETERS AS LATE AS 13 SECONDS BEFORE IMPACT.

Probable Cause: THE PILOT'S INADVERTENT STALL DURING THE PULL UP. FACTORS WERE THE LOW PASS, HIS OSTENTATIOUS DISPLAY, AND HIS INABILITY TO RECOVER FROM THE STALL DUE TO INSUFFICIENT ALTITUDE.

Ranchi, Sep 11, 2012 : A spurned lover and engineering student, who beheaded his 18-year-old girlfriend in St. Xavier's College here last year, Tuesday got relief from the Jharkhand High Court which converted his death sentence into a life term, a lawyer said.

"The death sentence was converted into life term. The high court refused to accept that it was a rarest of rare case," said Rajesh Kumar, lawyer of convict Bijendra Kumar.

The convict, a resident of Jamshedpur, over 100 km from here, was awarded death sentence May 2 this year by a Ranchi court for killing Khushboo, who had spurned his advances.

The young man beheaded Khushboo with a Gorkha Sword ("Kukri") inside the college April 27, 2011.

Khushboo was born and brought up at her maternal grandmother's house in Jamshedpur. She shifted to her parent's house in Ranchi as she was fed up with the alleged advances made by Bijendra in Jamshedpur.

The rejection by the girl made Bijendra angry and he beheaded her while she was leaving after appearing for the intermediate examination in the college.

Her family members expressed unhappiness over the judgment and said that they planned to move the Supreme Court against Tuesday's order.
